Heathergem accessories are handcrafted using the stems of Scottish Heather. They are dried, shotblasted to remove the bark and dyed various colors. Afterwards they are mixed and compressed into a block using approximately sixty tons of pressure. The block is then cut into slices, sanded and shaped by skilled craftworkers.

Due to the process no two heathergems are the same making it a very unique, personal gift, and a beautiful reminder of our Scottish landscape!

They are also crafted by local people, using local materials! A perfect sustainable addition to an outfit.
